Spectators: 7591 (Terracing: 5694, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mario Gutxi made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Piñero AFC's Paolo Barbosa got a free kick in the 4th minute. Hipolito Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Bras in the 6th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Cristo Quinito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hipolito Ponciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 18 minutes into the match, Prudencio Bras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hipolito Ponciano. Piñero AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Bras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Prudencio Bras took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hipolito Ponciano. Hipolito Ponciano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Freddy Gatell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Punua's Olav Suur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Punua from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Piñero AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Quinito came free, but Hipolito Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hipolito Ponciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Prudencio Bras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hipolito Ponciano was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. If Damaso Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Piñero AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Pastor Santana hit a great ball. Prudencio Bras scored 0-6 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Ponciano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Punua's Cristo Quinito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hipolito Ponciano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The supporters of Punua booed when Piñero AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Punua were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Prudencio Bras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Piñero AFC's Hipolito Ponciano got control of the ball when Prudencio Bras tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Piñero AFC defense, Damaso Gotzon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hipolito Ponciano. The Piñero AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hipolito Ponciano should have stopped the shot. Hipolito Ponciano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristo Quinito in the 59th minute. Prudencio Bras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hipolito Ponciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Gotzon might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hipolito Ponciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Gotzon ran back to his position shaking his head. Hipolito Ponciano stood somewhat misplaced when Prudencio Bras came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 65 minute. Hipolito Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Gotzon in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Prudencio Bras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Punua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. 73 minutes into the game, Cristo Quinito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hipolito Ponciano. Cristo Quinito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. After 78 played minutes Damaso Gotzon rounded Piñero AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-12. Hipolito Ponciano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Gatell in the 86th minute. With a little luck, Piñero AFC's Hipolito Ponciano got control of the ball when Prudencio Bras tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute, Punua's Damaso Gotzon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hipolito Ponciano. Hipolito Ponciano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. Hipolito Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Gotzon in the 96th minute of the match. Punua's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
