After taking down the ball on Bañitos's corner Rolando Luar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zethos Vrotsos quite easily take care of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

57 minutes into the match, Bañitos's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Paredes came free, but Igor Bittor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Isauro made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which David Herensuge however managed to control. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bañitos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty!
