Pascual Quintun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Henry's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Fernan Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot. river FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Henry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascual Quintun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Albano Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pillahuincó AFC's Baldomiro Abechuco got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 35th minute, Gaudencio Perez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The river FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of river FC booed when Pillahuincó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Luar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute of the match David Vistruario sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascual Quintun skillfully saved the ball. Gaudencio Perez scored 0-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascual Quintun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Severino Luar's late challenge caught a river FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Henry took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Quintun. Pascual Quintun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Ionel Cândea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Dunixi in the 80th minute of play. Pascual Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Hanot in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Perez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascual Quintun. Pillahuincó AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaudencio Perez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Gaudencio Perez had several of the Pillahuincó AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Pascual Quintun as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to river FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Gaudencio Perez hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind river FC's goalkeeper Ionel Cândea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Gaudencio Perez took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Pascual Quintun to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded river FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pillahuincó AFC.
