With a left leg Gabriel Arias saved Dolores F.C from getting behind. 4 minutes into the game, Horea Mihoc was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolores F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CBD Athletic the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Dolores F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Mihoc to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Sfetcu in the 9th minute of play forced Dolores F.C's goalkeeper Gabriel Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes Dolores F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ezequiel Enetz who took care of the corner kick. Gabriel Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Salvino in the 11th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Dolores F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jair Yeshurun. Cornelio Brieba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Morel in the 15th minute of play. Gabriel Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Filipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, CBD Athletic's goalkeeper Cornelio Brieba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermo Lepanurm. When CBD Athletic's Ezequiel Enetz in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, CBD Athletic's Cornelio Brieba got control of the ball when Américo Ipa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Morel to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Dolores F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Enetz came free, but Gabriel Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Ezequiel Enetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Américo Ipa charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Américo Ipa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Américo Ipa kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Eduardo Filipo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Gabriel Arias made a huge save. Gabriel Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Enetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute CBD Athletic were awarded a corner. Ezequiel Enetz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ezequiel Enetz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dolores F.C's Gabriel Arias did a great save. Cornelio Brieba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Morel in the 67th minute of play. With a little luck, Dolores F.C's Gabriel Arias got control of the ball when Silvestre Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 70th minute of the match Horea Mihoc completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Horea Mihoc a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Dolores F.C getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Horea Mihoc hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, CBD Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Ipa came free, but Cornelio Brieba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Dolores F.C's Gabriel Arias got control of the ball when Eduardo Filipo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermo Lepanurm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Cornelio Brieba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dolores F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while CBD Athletic had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
