LosRanaPola's Maximo Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Ixidor in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute Marco Boniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Marcelino Niguel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Raimundo Cortez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximo Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Lechuzon FC were awarded a corner. Edgard Berbiz went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Edgard Berbiz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maximo Vela quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maximo Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LosRanaPola's Maximo Vela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save LosRanaPola from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Aztore in the 29th minute of play forced LosRanaPola's goalkeeper Maximo Vela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimundo Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Bordat in the 32nd minute of play. Raimundo Cortez came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by LosRanaPola's Marco Boniel. But to his dismay, Marco Boniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Lechuzon FC's zone, Basilio Luzaide stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Cortez came out of the goal and Basilio Luzaide tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Inocencio Aztore made a precise shot to the right of Maximo Vela. LosRanaPola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 44th minute, Lechuzon FC's Uriel Gauargi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Uriel Gauargi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lechuzon FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Uriel Gauargi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Lechuzon FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LosRanaPola:s goal. The referee gave LosRanaPola a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sixto Raebert, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lechuzon FC's Raimundo Cortez. 3-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Aztore to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Inocencio Aztore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Vela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Cortez was a little too slow when Sixto Raebert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 3-4. 65 minutes into the match, Inocencio Aztore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Vela. LosRanaPola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Aztore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. LosRanaPola's attentive Luis Escobar managed to snatch the ball when Isaac Precioso made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Jimeno Bordat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximo Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Raebert in the 75th minute of play forced Lechuzon FC's goalkeeper Raimundo Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Ixidor in the 76th minute of play forced LosRanaPola's goalkeeper Maximo Vela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximo Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Aztore in the 78th minute of play. Raimundo Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Niguel in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Lechuzon FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pedro Illan hit a great ball. The supporters of Lechuzon FC booed when LosRanaPola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Boniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristobal Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes LosRanaPola got a freekick which was hit by Luis Escobar. Inocencio Aztore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, LosRanaPola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Boniel to maneuver through the defense. The LosRanaPola players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lechuzon FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
