Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Loco Fumarola started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Colon de Sta Fe's Gatis Jurciņš made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Primitivo Gilen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Loco Fumarola might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Gilen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loco Fumarola ran back to his position shaking his head. Primitivo Gilen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gatis Jurciņš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco Fumarola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Gilen having to interfere. Boca Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Loco Fumarola scored to the left of an out of position Primitivo Gilen, making the score, 2-0. In the 16th minute, Loco Fumarola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Primitivo Gilen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With his leg Primitivo Gilen managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Colon de Sta Fe's Gatis Jurciņš fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 20 minutes into the game, Gatis Jurciņš lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Primitivo Gilen. 23 minutes into the match, Loco Fumarola notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Boca Juniors's Primitivo Gilen. Primitivo Gilen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Colon de Sta Fe's Loco Fumarola got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th play minute Loco Fumarola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Primitivo Gilen. 6-0. In the 37th minute, Gatis Jurciņš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gatis Jurciņš's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Gilen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Sol to maneuver through the defense. Primitivo Gilen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gatis Jurciņš, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Matxin to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Boca Juniors's Florentino Jaen threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Orlando Matxin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gatis Jurciņš in the 61st minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Primitivo Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Colon de Sta Fe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 罗瑜西 to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Hach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boca Juniors's Primitivo Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loco Fumarola in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute Nicasio Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Gatis Jurciņš stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Gilen came out of the goal and Gatis Jurciņš tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boca Juniors's Primitivo Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gatis Jurciņš in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Loco Fumarola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Loco Fumarola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
