Cristian Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffen Lazarev, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Cristian Mergildo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Barak Trump sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barak Trump in the 21st minute of the match. After taking down the ball on C.A. LANUS's corner Vaani Gómez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rosendo Avellaneda quite easily take care of the ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Vaani Gómez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but APOLION's Rosendo Avellaneda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo got control of the ball when Barak Trump tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Bento got free with Cristian Mergildo in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvaro Romo's shot from long distance in the 41st minute was not bad at all, but C.A. LANUS's Cristian Mergildo knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Cristian Mergildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barak Trump in the 42nd minute. Barak Trump kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Vaani Gómez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barak Trump to make the kick off. After 60 played minutes APOLION got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Romo. In the 69th match minute, APOLION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Poncio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, APOLION's Celestino Poncio got a free kick in the 70th minute. Cristian Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Bento in the 72nd minute of the match. Adamantios Geronimidis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 88th playminute. Rosendo Avellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvis Crespo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. C.A. LANUS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elvis Crespo in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, C.A. LANUS's Elvis Crespo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosendo Avellaneda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A. LANUS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
