John Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ongamira's Hector Ganix in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TalleresUnited's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Hector Ganix put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nestor Firmin. Ongamira's Ovidio Cutberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Egun in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Clodoveo Salvidor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ongamira's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Salvidor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Firmin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hector Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Hipolito Tolino could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Nestor Firmin however easily saved by the left post. 25 minutes into the game, TalleresUnited's John Fredriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Cutberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ovidio Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Egun in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Jesus Egun made a precise shot to the right of Ovidio Cutberto. Ongamira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ongamira's Clodoveo Salvidor managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jurand Jaktorowo in the 35 minute of the game. If Jesus Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ovidio Cutberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Egun in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Ongamira's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Egun came free, but Ovidio Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Quilino hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute of the match Gerardo Gabon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Firmin skillfully saved the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Ongamira's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Egun came free, but Ovidio Cutberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Eustaquio Chago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Egun was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ongamira's goalkeeper Ovidio Cutberto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, TalleresUnited's Jesus Egun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to TalleresUnited getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Felix Abad hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Ganix in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nestor Firmin saved TalleresUnited from getting behind. Hector Ganix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Firmin having to interfere. Jesus Egun hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ongamira's Marcelo Elodio got a free kick in the 86th minute. With 87 minutes on the clock, Flavio Gartxot commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Ongamira:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TalleresUnited:s goal. After 90 played minutes TalleresUnited got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Egun. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ongamira fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! Ongamira:s Ovidio Cutberto showed great skill when he stopped Nemesio Padro:s penalty. 99 minutes into the match, TalleresUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Formerio came free, but Nestor Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ongamira supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching TalleresUnited's performance. The match ended with a win for TalleresUnited.
