Eriberto Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Blanco in the 17th minute of play. Joel Gudesteo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51stth minute of the game Atilano Blanco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cura del Futbol's Eriberto Erlantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Blanco in the 55th minute of play. Eriberto Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Kinsen in the 57th minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Los Linyeras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Sabin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Segundo Isauro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Erlantz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Joel Gudesteo might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Erlantz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gudesteo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cura del Futbol's Alvaro Gai got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celso Fix's late challenge caught a Los Linyeras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Fix helped the player get up and apologised. During the 92nd minute of the match Celso Fix completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Celso Fix a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eriberto Erlantz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Omar Kinsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eriberto Erlantz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Los Linyeras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
