With an all-out effort, ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s Jacinto Navarro threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Taaniel Hill, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner ended in Taaniel Hill almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tetes Titans's Jacinto Navarro did a great save. In the 12th minute, Taaniel Hill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Taaniel Hill's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Navarro was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Tetes Titans's zone, Taaniel Hill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Navarro came out of the goal and Taaniel Hill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Victor Rito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxi Braga. ♚ Bastardos del Rey ♚'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Rito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Sand in the 39th minute of play forced Tetes Titans's goalkeeper Jacinto Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
