La France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Prospero Ovando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislav Buznikin's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Felipe Clis hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Stanislav Buznikin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Pelayo got free with Eugenio Urbes in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugenio Urbes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Distiratsu in the 20th minute of the match. If Gaudencio Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd match minute, Bora18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hakkı Üngörmüş to maneuver through the defense. Slawomir Falkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Bora18's goalkeeper Eugenio Urbes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaudencio Pelayo. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bora18's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Justino Ferrando was slow to take the kick. During this time La France's players had a chance to rest. Gaudencio Pelayo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 40th minute, Felipe Clis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, La France's Ildefonso Distiratsu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eugenio Urbes. Eugenio Urbes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Bora18's Gualterio Guerrero got a free kick in the 48th minute. After recieving a nice pass, La France's Justino Ferrando tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Stanislav Buznikin made the kick off in the second half. Ildefonso Distiratsu hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When Felipe Clis fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La France's protests and gave Felipe Clis a yellow card for diving instead. After 55 played minutes La France got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Clis. 57 minutes into the game, Stanislav Buznikin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Prospero Ovando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Marcos Milian fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La France's protests and gave Marcos Milian a yellow card for diving instead. Stanislav Buznikin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Prospero Ovando skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind La France's goalkeeper Prospero Ovando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Santos Rio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La France's Prospero Ovando did a great save. In the 72nd minute, Gualterio Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislav Buznikin might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Ovando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stanislav Buznikin ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugenio Urbes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Pelayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Felipe Clis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, La France's goalkeeper Prospero Ovando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanislav Buznikin. 96 minutes into the match, La France's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Argi came free, but Prospero Ovando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see La France lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
