Esequiel Barco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jagoan Phoenix having to interfere. Lucas Goizeder scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jagoan Phoenix, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jagoan Phoenix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Solari went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jagoan Phoenix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Kranevitter in the 16th minute of play. Matías Kranevitter made in the 19th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Pablo Solari immediately put the ball in play. In the 20th minute, Pablo Solari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jagoan Phoenix was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Jagoan Phoenix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 23 minutes into the game, Luisito Jaizki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Fernet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riverzone the free kick. After some careless play in the Deportivo Fernet defense, Esequiel Barco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jagoan Phoenix. The Deportivo Fernet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jagoan Phoenix should have stopped the shot. Jagoan Phoenix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Solari in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Pablo Solari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jagoan Phoenix was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Lucas Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jagoan Phoenix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Esequiel Barco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jagoan Phoenix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Goizeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the game, Riverzone's Esequiel Barco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jagoan Phoenix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damazy Ziombkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jagoan Phoenix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esequiel Barco in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Solari in the 55th minute of play forced Deportivo Fernet's goalkeeper Jagoan Phoenix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Esequiel Barco came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Riverzone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esequiel Barco couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Fernet's Jagoan Phoenix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Kranevitter in the 60th minute of play. Deportivo Fernet's Jagoan Phoenix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Fernet from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Pablo Solari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jagoan Phoenix was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Thanks to some nice moves Lucas Goizeder could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Jagoan Phoenix however easily saved by the left post. Jagoan Phoenix came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Riverzone's Pablo Solari. But to his dismay, Pablo Solari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After some careless play in the Deportivo Fernet defense, Lucas Goizeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jagoan Phoenix. The Deportivo Fernet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jagoan Phoenix should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Deportivo Fernet's Jagoan Phoenix got control of the ball when Lucas Goizeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Esequiel Barco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jagoan Phoenix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esequiel Barco in the 83rd minute of the match. Deportivo Fernet's Jagoan Phoenix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Fernet from getting a goal against them. When Teo Chuan fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Fernet's protests and gave Teo Chuan a yellow card for diving instead. Teo Chuan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Pablo Solari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jagoan Phoenix having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Riverzone left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Deportivo Fernet.
