An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Ascencio in the 8th minute of play forced Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Damián Martínez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferenc Puskás took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matias Ceandro. Matias Ceandro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Damián Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Simões in the 13th minute of the match. Matias Ceandro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferenc Puskás's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Ferenc Puskás recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matias Ceandro. Ferenc Puskás showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Ferenc Puskás struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Matias Ceandro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tottenham Hotspurs. In the 26th match minute, Tottenham Hotspurs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Saliba to maneuver through the defense. Damián Martínez came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Cachilo FC --OFF--'s Aldo Ascencio. But to his dismay, Aldo Ascencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 32 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Ascencio came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Ascencio in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute Ferenc Puskás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferenc Puskás in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Ceandro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mathias Monteiro made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tottenham Hotspurs's Ambrosio Ostadar. A sloppy throw-in by Ambrosio Ostadar in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cachilo FC --OFF--'s Zacarias Chap. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Ascencio in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aldo Ascencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damián Martínez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Ascencio ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Matias Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Puskás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damián Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Ascencio in the 59th minute of play. Ambrosio Ostadar made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cachilo FC --OFF--'s Mathias Monteiro. In the 63rd minute, Aldo Ascencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tottenham Hotspurs's Damián Martínez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Tottenham Hotspurs from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's Ferenc Puskás sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Ceandro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Puskás in the 73rd minute of play forced Cachilo FC --OFF--'s goalkeeper Matias Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferenc Puskás in the 75th minute of play. Matias Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Puskás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tottenham Hotspurs made a substitution. Eustaquio Marques replaced Ferenc Puskás. A well-hit corner resulted in Freddy Sazon heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Matias Ceandro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustaquio Marques's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Cachilo FC --OFF--'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
