Bernardino Ramone was slow to take the kick. During this time Sangre Roja FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sangre Roja FC's Bernardino Ramone to fire away a dangerous shot which Tostão Domingues despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tostão Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 孔斌斐, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tostão Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Villacanes in the 10th minute of the match. Ricardo Chago came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by C A U's Zachariasz Poteralski. But to his dismay, Zachariasz Poteralski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, C A U's Fulgencio Beturian got a free kick in the 20th minute. Victoriano Villacanes struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Tostão Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sangre Roja FC. In the 23rd minute, Enrique Mantzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Villacanes in the 27th minute of play forced C A U's goalkeeper Tostão Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camillo Scrima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Tostão Domingues made a huge save. In the 31st minute Sangre Roja FC were awarded a corner. In the 46th match minute, Sangre Roja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Iraitz to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Zachariasz Poteralski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Ricardo Chago made a huge save. C A U's Benigno Bihar was substituted for Conrado Ferrer. After a rather tough play, Sangre Roja FC's 孔斌斐 got a free kick in the 64th minute. C A U made a substitution. Nico González replaced Enrique Mantzio. 孔斌斐 hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Sangre Roja FC's Ricardo Chago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sangre Roja FC from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Chago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico González in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Sangre Roja FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Daniel Boniel hit a great ball. Fulgencio Beturian was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 78 minutes into the match. Bernardino Ramone might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tostão Domingues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardino Ramone ran back to his position shaking his head. Tostão Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Villacanes in the 82nd minute of the match. Tostão Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Villacanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
