Albano Cordeal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, DON CARMELO IV's goalkeeper Victorio Eder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albano Cordeal. In the 10th minute, DON CARMELO IV's Eugenio Chepe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eugenio Chepe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DON CARMELO IV protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eugenio Chepe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gianluigi Núñez Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Santos in the 15th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Albano Cordeal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorio Eder was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. When Miraflores's Placido Gartzea in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Atilano Bonadona put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gianluigi Núñez Herrera. Atilano Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gianluigi Núñez Herrera having to interfere. DON CARMELO IV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Albano Cordeal scored to the left of an out of position Victorio Eder, making the score, 2-1. After 40 played minutes DON CARMELO IV got a freekick which was hit by Nereo Goito. Victorio Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Gartzea in the 41st minute of play. Placido Gartzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salvador Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to DON CARMELO IV getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Sixto Reno hit a great ball. Miraflores made a substitution. Semjon Gerster replaced Angelo Giraldo. In the 60th minute of the match Miraflores got a corner. DON CARMELO IV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albano Cordeal ran over to the corner to take the kick. Miraflores's Albano Cordeal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorio Eder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 62ndth minute of the game Nereo Goito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miraflores's Gianluigi Núñez Herrera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Cordeal in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorio Eder saved DON CARMELO IV from getting behind. In the 76th match minute, DON CARMELO IV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Bonadona to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Salvador Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Núñez Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Miraflores getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Semjon Gerster hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Ponciano in the 84th minute of play forced DON CARMELO IV's goalkeeper Victorio Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 played minutes Miraflores got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Ponciano. Gianluigi Núñez Herrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Santos in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Leopoldo Huly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvano Polo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, DON CARMELO IV's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Mazuste came free, but Victorio Eder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Benjamin Mazuste notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of DON CARMELO IV's Victorio Eder. Victorio Eder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miraflores's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
