Victorio Eder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Marcelino Oroitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Curcio in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Nestor Curcio took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marcelino Oroitz to make any attempt to save it. Victorio Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Ted in the 23rd minute of play. Marcelino Oroitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Goito in the 29th minute of the match. The El Ridiculo Football Club fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when El Ridiculo Football Club's Eusebio Elorri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 37th minute DON CARMELO IV were awarded a corner. Remigio Quentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to DON CARMELO IV getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nereo Goito hit a great ball. If Salvador Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, El Ridiculo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Goito came free, but Marcelino Oroitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of DON CARMELO IV booed when El Ridiculo Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Otsando didn't get a good kick on the ball. DON CARMELO IV's Remigio Quentin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcelino Oroitz but with some difficulty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Eusebio Elorri made the kick off in the second half. DON CARMELO IV's Victorio Eder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Oberrauch in the 53rd minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Salvador Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Marcelino Oroitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Victorio Eder managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when El Ridiculo Football Club's Eusebio Elorri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucas Otsando kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Remigio Quentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelino Oroitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jeremias Lucado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Eder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Victorio Eder went to the wrong direction when Otso Lumio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Elorri in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorio Eder saved DON CARMELO IV from getting behind. Victorio Eder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebio Elorri's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The El Ridiculo Football Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
