Fémur de Oro.'s Ferenc Puskás got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Román Cainzos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Agustin Orion made a huge save. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Medero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ferenc Puskás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The attack was good, but when Igor Medero in the 47th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Agustin Orion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Román Cainzos in the 51st minute of play. After some careless play in the Llavallol FC defense, Rubén-Darío Insúa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agustin Orion. The Llavallol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agustin Orion should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Llavallol FC booed when Fémur de Oro. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Gürhan Erboy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hector Grabiel skillfully saved the ball. Hector Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Marino, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Agustin Orion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Medero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fémur de Oro. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Llavallol FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
