In the 37th minute of the match Inocencio Koldobika sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franz Butterbach skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Inocencio Micael sped through Los Gallos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jiří Kiss. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Franz Butterbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Gorria in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Alan Gorria made a precise shot to the right of Franz Butterbach. Felicia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. With a little luck, Felicia's Franz Butterbach got control of the ball when Baldomero Cisco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Gorria in the 61st minute of play forced Felicia's goalkeeper Franz Butterbach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Koldobika hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Baldomero Cisco fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Gallos's protests and gave Baldomero Cisco a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Cisco. Alan Gorria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Franz Butterbach made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Felicia's Edoardo Ferrara got a free kick in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Felicia's zone, Inocencio Koldobika stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franz Butterbach came out of the goal and Inocencio Koldobika tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Los Gallos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Felicia throughout the match.
