In the 16th minute Lico Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Gelmiro struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Roque Gabon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pildorita Timba Club. In the 19th match minute, Faro querandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunter Declerck to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Pildorita Timba Club booed when Faro querandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roque Gabon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Andres Quinteros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Pandilovski in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Faro querandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Salvino to maneuver through the defense. Andres Quinteros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Pandilovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Domingos Gelmiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roque Gabon. Faro querandi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingos Gelmiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Igor Pandilovski made the kick off in the second half. Américo Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Gabon having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lico Veloso got free with Roque Gabon in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zacarias Celipe lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Pildorita Timba Club made a substitution. Marciano Hondo replaced Domingos Gelmiro. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pildorita Timba Club! Ali Asım Reşat shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded.
