Elias Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marten Palermo in the 25th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Galmock FC's corner Claudio-Paul Caniggia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ovidio Cortez quite easily take care of the ball. Galmock FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cesar Belo in the 34th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Primitivo Ferman heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The coaching staff of Galmock FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elvio Jago had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
