Mei Zhi Jian started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the game, one of Casta FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 7th minute Alejo Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Atmatzidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Mei Zhi Jian sped through Casta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilias Atmatzidis. 12 minutes into the match, Casta FC's Pavel Kalaš sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tino Lumijärvi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Casta FC's Ilias Atmatzidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Petka in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Berart in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilias Atmatzidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 22 minutes of play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Mei Zhi Jian made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilias Atmatzidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! LiBeRiA F.C. were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Casta FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sylwester Petka took the corner. Elias Baldovino's late challenge caught a LiBeRiA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Baldovino helped the player get up and apologised. Ilias Atmatzidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mei Zhi Jian in the 31st minute of the match. Ilias Atmatzidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Berart, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 37th play minutes Mei Zhi Jian shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Ilias Atmatzidis and just under the crossbar into goal. 41 minutes into the match, LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Tino Lumijärvi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Kalaš. Ilias Atmatzidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Gutxi's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Pavel Kalaš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tino Lumijärvi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

If Sylwester Petka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casta FC made a substitution. Fernando Baudelio replaced Abel Martxot. In the 59th minute, Sándor Nyilasi made a precise shot to the right of Tino Lumijärvi. LiBeRiA F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Ilias Atmatzidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giovani Sena in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Sándor Nyilasi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tino Lumijärvi. LiBeRiA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sándor Nyilasi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. In the 76th minute Giovani Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Atmatzidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tino Lumijärvi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sándor Nyilasi went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Alejo Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Atmatzidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mei Zhi Jian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Ilias Atmatzidis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The throw-in from Genaro Gutxi in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Casta FC's Raul Lucado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Baudelio in the 93rd minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Tino Lumijärvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Baudelio scored 4-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tino Lumijärvi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
