After 11 minutes Casta FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benito Belmiro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Matheu City FC's corner Benito Belmiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ilias Atmatzidis quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Belmiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Ilias Atmatzidis made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Casta FC's Godfredo Ubelteso got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17th match minute, Matheu City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Argider to maneuver through the defense. Casta FC's Ilias Atmatzidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Belmiro in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Casta FC's Pavel Kalaš got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Kalaš in the 27th minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Matheu City FC's Benito Belmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Kalaš in the 33rd minute of play forced Matheu City FC's goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Casta FC's goalkeeper Ilias Atmatzidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Belmiro. Ilias Atmatzidis made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Benito Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. After 43 played minutes Casta FC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Lucado. Celedonio Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Martxot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 57th minute Aurelio Blanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilias Atmatzidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilias Atmatzidis having to interfere. Casta FC's Sándor Nyilasi was substituted for Pavel Kalaš. Aurelio Blanco took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilias Atmatzidis. Ilias Atmatzidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 75th minute Sándor Nyilasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matheu City FC's Vicente Marin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Matheu City FC's Vicente Marin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilias Atmatzidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 90 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Baudelio came free, but Celedonio Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matheu City FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
