Damaso Aurken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Serafo in the 9th minute. Benito Belmiro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Damaso Aurken firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg Damaso Aurken managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Matheu City FC's Benito Belmiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Damaso Aurken made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Benito Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Damaso Aurken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Damaso Aurken didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Marin went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Matheu City FC's Eulalio Santio got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damaso Aurken made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Mariano Egoitz sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Matheu City FC's corner Ruperto Serafo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damaso Aurken quite easily take care of the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Vicente Marin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Damaso Aurken saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anselmo Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Aurken having to interfere. LEONES's Damaso Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Marin in the 41st minute of play. After 43 played minutes LEONES got a freekick which was hit by Javier Abeita. A collision led to LEONES getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Javier Abeita hit a great ball. With a little luck, LEONES's Damaso Aurken got control of the ball when Ruperto Serafo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iosif Stoicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Celedonio Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iosif Stoicu made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Ruperto Serafo made a precise shot to the right of Damaso Aurken. With a left leg Damaso Aurken saved LEONES from getting behind. Damaso Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Benito Belmiro notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of LEONES's Damaso Aurken. Damaso Aurken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Damaso Aurken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Blanco in the 97th minute of play. Matheu City FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
