Spectators: 7756 (Terracing: 5819, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pavel Kalaš kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Indiana Turban in the 6th minute of play forced Casta FC's goalkeeper Ilias Atmatzidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casta FC's Ilias Atmatzidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Casta FC from getting a goal against them. Abel Martxot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristobal Estavan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The referee gave Casta FC a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benedicto Prejun, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Newell´s's Cristobal Estavan. 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Casta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Baudelio to maneuver through the defense. Gonzalo Montier made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Albano Bertol. In the 15th minute of the match Newell´s got a corner. Casta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabian Iago ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Fabian Iago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ilias Atmatzidis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ilias Atmatzidis made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Mattias Wallengren sent off a good shot on target. When Newell´s's Ioan Agachi in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casta FC's goalie prevented a goal. Casta FC's Ilias Atmatzidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Agachi in the 23rd minute of play. Casta FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benedicto Prejun in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute of the match, Albano Bertol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ilias Atmatzidis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ilias Atmatzidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Agachi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Saverio Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Newell´s booed when Casta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Baudelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ioan Agachi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristobal Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Kalaš in the 79th minute of the match. Pavel Kalaš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute Pavel Kalaš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Estavan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ioan Agachi in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilias Atmatzidis saved Casta FC from getting behind. After 85 minutes, Fabian Iago made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Casta FC's Ilias Atmatzidis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Indiana Turban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newell´s's supporters rose to their feet, but Indiana Turban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilias Atmatzidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 91 minutes, Saverio Benitez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casta FC and the Newell´s players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Casta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Benitez to maneuver through the defense. Ilias Atmatzidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ioan Agachi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
