Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guaberto Cesario took the kick off in the first half of the match. Guilherme de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guilherme de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, LEONES's Guilherme de Souza got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Damaso Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Cesario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LEONES's Damaso Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Niguel in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, NANO FC's Freddy Chorache got a free kick in the 11th minute. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Stoicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to LEONES getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alonzo Pinto hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, LEONES's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Edorta came free, but Damaso Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iosif Stoicu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Bologna came out and tried to block the shot, but Iosif Stoicu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. A hard shot 31 in the game by Guilherme de Souza from a close distance when the talented Enrique Bologna managed to make a qualified save. NANO FC's players were relieved. Damaso Aurken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Niguel in the 36th minute of the match. When Iosif Stoicu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the LEONES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iosif Stoicu couldn't finish the play. Isaac Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Guaberto Cesario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Aurken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
NANO FC made a substitution. Saul Kusko replaced Bartolo Mazuste. If Guaberto Cesario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd match minute, NANO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Chorache to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Matei had several of the LEONES's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Damaso Aurken as he didn't even see the shot coming. Damaso Aurken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Niguel in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Edorta got free with Damaso Aurken in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 played minutes LEONES got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme de Souza. Damaso Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute of the match NANO FC got a corner. LEONES's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zeledon Niguel ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Isaac Chumo fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEONES's protests and gave Isaac Chumo a yellow card for diving instead. Isaac Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Damaso Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Niguel, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. A collision led to LEONES getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Fermin Beti hit a great ball. Zeledon Niguel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Damaso Aurken. LEONES's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Damaso Aurken was a little too slow when Guaberto Cesario got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-3. NANO FC made a substitution. Marciano Abecia replaced Zeledon Niguel. Marciano Abecia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Aurken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Damaso Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Cesario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Aurken made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Marciano Abecia sent off a good shot on target. Damaso Aurken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Cesario in the 93rd minute of the match. Julio Gorri lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for NANO FC! NANO FC:s Enrique Bologna showed great skill when he stopped Leonides Ubarna:s penalty. NANO FC played a much better game than LEONES and deserved their victory. The LEONES players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
