The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes LiBeRiA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Rio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Marin in the 3rd minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Tino Lumijärvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tino Lumijärvi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Marin in the 5th minute of play. Maximino Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Tino Lumijärvi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Belmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to LiBeRiA F.C. getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alejo Berart hit a great ball. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Tino Lumijärvi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Belmiro in the 20th minute of play. Tino Lumijärvi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Blanco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tino Lumijärvi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Belmiro in the 23rd minute of the match. Celedonio Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mei Zhi Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Vicente Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 played minutes, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Santiago Tancredo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celedonio Eguen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LiBeRiA F.C. reached it. 33 minutes into the game, Alejo Berart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Celedonio Eguen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vicente Marin's late challenge caught a LiBeRiA F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Marin helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Marin kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Celedonio Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mei Zhi Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The supporters of Matheu City FC booed when LiBeRiA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vergil Stoymirov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Benito Belmiro in the 56th minute really tested Tino Lumijärvi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When LiBeRiA F.C.'s Mei Zhi Jian in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matheu City FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ruperto Serafo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Tino Lumijärvi made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Benito Belmiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tino Lumijärvi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Giovani Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celedonio Eguen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Ruperto Serafo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tino Lumijärvi made a huge save. Alejo Berart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Celedonio Eguen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Marin in the 80th minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Tino Lumijärvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Belmiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Tino Lumijärvi made a huge save. In the 91st minute Mei Zhi Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Matheu City FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LiBeRiA F.C..
