Ryszard Kaczanek was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Zeledon Niguel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zeledon Niguel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The supporters of Boca Juniors fc booed when NANO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. When NANO FC's Zeledon Niguel in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Honrio in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute NANO FC were awarded a corner. Norberto Matei went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Norberto Matei got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ryszard Kaczanek quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Oliver Bierhoff came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Boca Juniors fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Bierhoff couldn't finish the play. Boca Juniors fc's Ryszard Kaczanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Niguel in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Ernesto Abella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Oliver Bierhoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeledon Niguel to strike the kick off in the second half. Everardo Honrio in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrique Bologna, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Gauche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Kaczanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Niguel in the 60th minute of the match. NANO FC's Bartolo Mazuste was substituted for Freddy Chorache. NANO FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Boca Juniors fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Norberto Matei took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Saul Kusko managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Niguel in the 66th minute of play forced Boca Juniors fc's goalkeeper Ryszard Kaczanek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryszard Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Niguel, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Gauche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Niguel in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryszard Kaczanek saved Boca Juniors fc from getting behind. Ryszard Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Niguel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Zeledon Niguel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ryszard Kaczanek. Boca Juniors fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Niguel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. NANO FC made a substitution. Marciano Abecia replaced Zeledon Niguel. Ryszard Kaczanek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Abecia in the 95th minute of play. NANO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
