Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Mauro Izotz made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Izotz in the 8th minute of play forced LEONES's goalkeeper Damaso Aurken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Mauro Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Aurken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Melquiades Esiquio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Majadita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Esiquio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damaso Aurken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Melquiades Esiquio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Aurken. LEONES's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melquiades Esiquio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Izotz in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damaso Aurken saved LEONES from getting behind. Damaso Aurken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Aurken came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Majadita FC's Mauro Izotz. But to his dismay, Mauro Izotz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Guilherme de Souza hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Melquiades Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Majadita FC's corner Demis Tzanabetis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damaso Aurken quite easily take care of the ball. Damaso Aurken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Izotz in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Izotz in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Aurken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After some careless play in the LEONES defense, Cirilo Oier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Aurken. The LEONES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Aurken should have stopped the shot. LEONES's Damaso Aurken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save LEONES from getting a goal against them. Cristo Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Federico Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Izotz kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Carolo Euloxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Reyes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, LEONES's goalkeeper Damaso Aurken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melquiades Esiquio. Federico Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Stoicu in the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Majadita FC booed when LEONES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Abilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Aurken acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Demis Tzanabetis. If Mauro Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Mauro Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Aurken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Melquiades Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Aurken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Aurken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Esiquio in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Mauro Izotz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Majadita FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. LEONES's Damaso Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Izotz in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes LEONES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Demis Tzanabetis who took care of the corner kick. Demis Tzanabetis made a great header on Majadita FC's corner, it was just that LEONES's Damaso Aurken managed to reach the ball for a save. The Majadita FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Majadita FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
