Jesus Nuno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Stoicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Damaso Aurken successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jesus Nuno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Stoicu in the 29th minute of the match. Iosif Stoicu scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Nuno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. DE LA SALLE's Jesus Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Stoicu in the 32nd minute of play. DE LA SALLE's Astor Balendin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guilherme de Souza, made in the 44th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iosif Stoicu to strike the kick off in the second half. LEONES's Iosif Stoicu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, LEONES's Cristo Guillelmo got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristo Guillelmo got free with Jesus Nuno in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LEONES's Iosif Stoicu got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Hermelando struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Damaso Aurken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DE LA SALLE. The supporters of LEONES booed when DE LA SALLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Ur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Aurken came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by DE LA SALLE's Guaberto Millano. But to his dismay, Guaberto Millano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Jesus Nuno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Stoicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LEONES getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Isaac Chumo hit a great ball. LEONES's Damaso Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Hermelando in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of LEONES booed when DE LA SALLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Millano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The LEONES players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented DE LA SALLE from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
