Spectators: 7782 (Terracing: 5837, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alvaro Calvino took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute of the game Humberto Egoi made a throw-in which Dalmacio Olivar played forward. Teofilo Salomon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Peyo Kaadekilde firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Sixto Baristo came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the La Banda del Tinto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Baristo couldn't finish the play. Alvaro Calvino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Peyo Kaadekilde when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Düsseldorf FC's Dalmacio Olivar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Peyo Kaadekilde. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. The Düsseldorf FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Düsseldorf FC's Alvaro Calvino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Peyo Kaadekilde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Calvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Stelios Kopanaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Baristo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Sixto Baristo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the La Banda del Tinto fans jumped to their feet. Dalmacio Olivar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Peyo Kaadekilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelios Kopanaras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Baristo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stelios Kopanaras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Savion came free, but Stelios Kopanaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, La Banda del Tinto's Inocencio Savion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stelios Kopanaras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sixto Baristo made the kick off in the second half. Stelios Kopanaras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Baristo in the 54th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Stelios Kopanaras successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The corner ended in Abel Madaleno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Düsseldorf FC's Stelios Kopanaras did a great save. Peyo Kaadekilde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Calvino in the 60th minute of the match. If Sixto Baristo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute of the match La Banda del Tinto got a corner. Düsseldorf FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abel Madaleno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led La Banda del Tinto's Abel Madaleno to fire away a dangerous shot which Stelios Kopanaras despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Teofilo Salomon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Düsseldorf FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Salomon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Banda del Tinto's Abel Madaleno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stelios Kopanaras in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 74th minute Sixto Baristo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelios Kopanaras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Calvino in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peyo Kaadekilde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Düsseldorf FC made a substitution. Dario Gartzea replaced Eulalio Kaxen. In the 80th minute, Alvaro Calvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inocencio Savion got free with Stelios Kopanaras in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inocencio Savion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Stelios Kopanaras made a huge save. 85 minutes into the game, Teofilo Salomon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Peyo Kaadekilde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stelios Kopanaras made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Inocencio Savion sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Düsseldorf FC's Stelios Kopanaras got control of the ball when Sixto Baristo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stelios Kopanaras came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by La Banda del Tinto's Inocencio Savion. But to his dismay, Inocencio Savion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Düsseldorf FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
