After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Eduardo Eztebe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juan Pueblo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernabe George having to make a save. In the 36th minute, Juan Pueblo made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe George. Sarmiento de Resistencia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Bernabe George made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Lizar in the 39th minute of play. Eduardo Eztebe hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Sarmiento to make the kick off. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes, ARGIES's Eduardo Eztebe got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bernabe George. After 67 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Hector Sarmiento. 69 minutes into the match, Justino Lizar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernabe George, 0-7. Bernabe George made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10.
