The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 14th minute, Stephen Qvarfot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Matei came free, but Tito Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tito Chayo made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Stephen Qvarfot sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the game, Guamán Olozaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tito Chayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gaudencio Padro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ladislao Mazurkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 minutes, Sixto Ariando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nippur de Lagash 2 and the KAOS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stephen Qvarfot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tito Chayo made a huge save. After taking down the ball on KAOS FC's corner Humberto Casomiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tito Chayo quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Guamán Olozaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. KAOS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guamán Olozaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tito Chayo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Argenis came free, but Tito Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KAOS FC booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. The audience was convinced that Hugo Matei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tito Chayo was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 96th minute Guamán Olozaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the KAOS FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
