Hugo Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Ubarna's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes SPEGACHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Feliu. Antonio Ubarna might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Ubarna ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Babu Bronco. Hugo Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gabriel Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Secondo Imperiale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Raymond having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Anísio Cosme threw the ball into play from the sideline. SPEGACHO FC's Cleto Feliu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 35th minute of the match Racing Club got a corner. SPEGACHO FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Nisio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marco Nisio made a great header on Racing Club's corner, it was just that SPEGACHO FC's Hugo Gatti managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 40th minute, Lucian Triboi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Racing Club's Francisco Raymond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SPEGACHO FC booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Ubarna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, Antonio Ubarna fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Hugo Gatti moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. In the 48th minute, SPEGACHO FC's Babu Bronco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francisco Raymond. Francisco Raymond yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Babu Bronco made the kick off in the second half. If Antonio Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute, Secondo Imperiale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babu Bronco in the 62nd minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babu Bronco, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Babu Bronco struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Francisco Raymond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPEGACHO FC. Antonio Ubarna might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Ubarna ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 played minutes SPEGACHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Davids. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Ubarna got free with Hugo Gatti in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racing Club's Marco Nisio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hugo Gatti in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Francisco Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Secondo Imperiale, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 86 played minutes SPEGACHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Rey. In the 89th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Krychowiak to maneuver through the defense. SPEGACHO FC's Hugo Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save SPEGACHO FC from getting a goal against them. Antonio Ubarna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Hugo Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Secondo Imperiale in the 95th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, SPEGACHO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Ubarna came free, but Hugo Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SPEGACHO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Racing Club for a fine match.
