Emilio Regis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Fabian Abeijon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 10 minutes into the match, CLUB GARABATTO AZ's goalkeeper Fabian Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilio Regis. In the 11th match minute, CLUB GARABATTO AZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Valente to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 14 minutes, Ceferino Balasi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Balasi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Regis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabian Abeijon firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 16 played minutes CLUB GARABATTO AZ got a freekick which was hit by Dario Valente. In a very dangerous position, a player in CLUB GARABATTO AZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ceferino Balasi in the 25th minute. The corner led LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Ceferino Balasi to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabian Abeijon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, CLUB GARABATTO AZ's goalkeeper Fabian Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilio Regis. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Bonifaco in the 32nd minute of play. After 36 minutes CLUB GARABATTO AZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ceferino Balasi who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Loukianos Lazarakis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabian Abeijon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabian Abeijon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Regis in the 37th minute. Mustafa Birol Yavuzcan hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ramiro Tano hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Niceto Theodore made the kick off in the second half. Victorino Abarca hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Aquilino Chabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Cloyo hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Regis in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Abeijon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Emilio Regis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, CLUB GARABATTO AZ's Ivan Lohitzun got a free kick in the 68th minute. Ceferino Balasi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fabian Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Balasi in the 71st minute of play. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ceferino Balasi in the 72nd minute. Fabian Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Regis in the 73rd minute of the match. Fabian Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Ceferino Balasi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CLUB GARABATTO AZ's Fabian Abeijon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Regis in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Emilio Regis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Abeijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Theodore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Loco De la Maza made a huge save. With his leg Loco De la Maza managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when CLUB GARABATTO AZ's Niceto Theodore fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 88 played minutes, LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's Chicão Carneiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Abeijon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP reached it. LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chicão Carneiro in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, CLUB GARABATTO AZ's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Regis came free, but Fabian Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Lando in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the CLUB GARABATTO AZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for LOS BICHOS AZULES MDP.
