Romeo Toli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Oidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Oidor in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Arnaldo Oidor hit a great ball. Diego Eterno's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sergio Austin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Romeo Toli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Oidor in the 24th minute of play. The corner ended in Sergio Austin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Diego Eterno's Romeo Toli did a great save. Petre Traian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shen Xun in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Petre Traian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shen Xun. In the 30th minute, Damaso Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Oidor in the 36th minute of the match. Shen Xun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Petre Traian made a huge save. The Congo Bongo fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Congo Bongo's Arnaldo Oidor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Saul Goodman made the kick off in the second half. Petre Traian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Mena in the 51st minute of play. Romeo Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Oidor in the 52nd minute of the match. Omar Erramun charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Erramun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Congo Bongo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Omar Erramun hit a great ball. Congo Bongo's Petre Traian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Goodman in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Diego Eterno got a corner. Congo Bongo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Di Ming Yuan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Petre Traian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Goodman in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Sancho in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romeo Toli saved Diego Eterno from getting behind. Petre Traian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Cordero in the 67th minute of play. Diego Eterno's Romeo Toli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Diego Eterno from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Diego Eterno defense, Sergio Austin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Toli. The Diego Eterno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Toli should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Romeo Toli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Diego Eterno's Wei Liang Qian got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Damaso Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Congo Bongo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Sancho couldn't finish the play. Congo Bongo's Damaso Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Oidor in the 93rd minute of play forced Diego Eterno's goalkeeper Romeo Toli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Congo Bongo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
