A well-hit corner resulted in Nemesio Sansone heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hugo Fidensio's late challenge caught a Maracanaso F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Fidensio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maracanaso F.C's goalkeeper Enrique Heli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caffita Team were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Maracanaso F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Teodosio Pio took the corner. Caffita Team's Teodosio Pio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Enrique Heli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Maracanaso F.C getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Teddi Gaafar hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Ceferino Guilabertus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Guilabertus in the 39th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Hermengildo Quintun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caffita Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermengildo Quintun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Heli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor de Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Tercero in the 44th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Angel Tercero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor de Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Enrique Heli made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Hermengildo Quintun sent off a good shot on target. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teddi Gaafar made a kick off. Nestor de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Tercero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Guilabertus during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ceferino Guilabertus hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Hermengildo Quintun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracanaso F.C's Enrique Heli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Caffita Team's Nestor de Azevedo got control of the ball when Teddi Gaafar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maracanaso F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Michal Domaradzki in the 72nd minute. Hermengildo Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Maracanaso F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Aresti to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Maracanaso F.C's Nemesio Sansone got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maracanaso F.C's goalkeeper Enrique Heli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Heli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Quintun's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Teodosio Pio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrique Heli. Maracanaso F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodosio Pio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 89thth minute of the game Hermengildo Quintun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maracanaso F.C's Enrique Heli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
