Spectators: 7771 (Terracing: 5829, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustavo Birila started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Freddy Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Florian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Søren Nezer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute Leonides Modestio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Florian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Rio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romulo Florian came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Papillon AC's Hipolito Johans. But to his dismay, Hipolito Johans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 10 000 DE VISITANTE's Romulo Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Birila in the 16th minute of play. After 19 played minutes 10 000 DE VISITANTE got a freekick which was hit by Joel Policarpio. Cecilio Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ezequiel Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 000 DE VISITANTE's Romulo Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Modestio in the 32nd minute of play. Romulo Florian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Papillon AC's Gustavo Birila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Florian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Papillon AC's Ezequiel Azeari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Papillon AC from getting a goal against them. After the first half Papillon AC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cecilio Rio was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Papillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Rio came free, but Ezequiel Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Rio in the 52nd minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Azeari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 000 DE VISITANTE's Romulo Florian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save 10 000 DE VISITANTE from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Freddy Fagondo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romulo Florian. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. Romulo Florian was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Leonides Modestio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonides Modestio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. When Cecilio Rio came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the 10 000 DE VISITANTE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Rio couldn't finish the play. Cecilio Rio's late challenge caught a Papillon AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Rio helped the player get up and apologised. Papillon AC made a substitution. Fernando Domeka replaced Fabian Caitano. After 69 played minutes 10 000 DE VISITANTE got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Rio. Astor Chinto made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by 10 000 DE VISITANTE's Arturo Bidun. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Søren Nezer managed to get in a good position for a shot. 10 000 DE VISITANTE's supporters rose to their feet, but Søren Nezer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Azeari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romulo Florian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Birila in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Gustavo Birila dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romulo Florian, 0-5. Romulo Florian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Domeka in the 96th minute of the match.
