When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mircea Berceanu sped through Acoite FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Serafin Hitzeder. Lázár Simon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Vides having to interfere. Gonçalo Vides made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Elizardo in the 37th minute of play. White StarZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Bertol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Hitzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Carlos Macias came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the White StarZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Macias couldn't finish the play. White StarZ's Liu Sen Chuan was substituted for Ricardo Pacorro. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. White StarZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
