The corner led Sumampa FC's Robustiano Dorio to fire away a dangerous shot which Virgil Găman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Gaspar Mingo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgil Găman was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Celestino Matei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOS GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Virgil Găman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virgil Găman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wayne Rooney in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Sumampa FC were awarded a corner. Robustiano Dorio went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Silverio Barea advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Mingo in the 21st minute of play forced LOS GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Virgil Găman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fermin Reynardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Wayne Rooney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Găman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When LOS GALACTICOS's A.J. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Vellito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute A.J. Adams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arthur Debock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOS GALACTICOS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robustiano Dorio was slow to take the kick. During this time Sumampa FC's players had a chance to rest. A.J. Adams kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, LOS GALACTICOS's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Mingo came free, but Virgil Găman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Mingo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgil Găman. Virgil Găman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Wayne Rooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robustiano Dorio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Gaspar Mingo made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, LOS GALACTICOS's Virgil Găman got control of the ball when Gaspar Mingo tried to sneak it across the goal line. LOS GALACTICOS's Virgil Găman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save LOS GALACTICOS from getting a goal against them. After 56 minutes of play, Sumampa FC's Gaspar Mingo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgil Găman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Celestino Matei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Vellito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaspar Mingo in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgil Găman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaspar Mingo in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Virgil Găman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of LOS GALACTICOS booed when Sumampa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Camerino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Rosario got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Roque Chago. Sumampa FC's Marcial Vellito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by A.J. Adams in the 73rd minute of play. A.J. Adams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Marcial Vellito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sumampa FC's zone, A.J. Adams stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Vellito came out of the goal and A.J. Adams tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sumampa FC's Frank Fabra got a free kick in the 84th minute. If Wayne Rooney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wayne Rooney in the 89th minute of play forced LOS GALACTICOS's goalkeeper Virgil Găman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sumampa FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
