Cecilio Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Yang in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Athletic Bostero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Celestino Iruinea was slow to take the kick. During this time Flan Mixto FC's players had a chance to rest. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Bilbo made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Flan Mixto FC's Jonathan Yang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Martinez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Jonathan Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flan Mixto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. The throw-in from Dobromir Lamczyk in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Athletic Bostero's Braulio Mercurio. Raimundo Dorio made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Liu Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Raimundo Dorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liu Yuan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundo Dorio having to make a save. Flan Mixto FC's Raimundo Dorio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Flan Mixto FC from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Yang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Flan Mixto FC made a substitution. Eustacio Otsoa replaced Santos Ricart. Flan Mixto FC's Raimundo Dorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liu Yuan in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, Jonathan Yang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raimundo Dorio was a little too slow when Liu Yuan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 4-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Placido Lando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flan Mixto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Lando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Martinez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raimundo Dorio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Liu Yuan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-5 in the 86 minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Jurgen Arends hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
