Spectators: 7702 (Terracing: 5778, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrico Giammarino started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arttu Olkkonen got free with Silvio Bazil in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the game, Motor Alma y Sangre's Arttu Olkkonen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvio Bazil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 15th minute, but Silvio Bazil got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Martin Palermo F.C. hanging dry this time. 19 minutes into the match, Enrico Giammarino notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Motor Alma y Sangre's Silvio Jax. Silvio Jax was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the match, Motor Alma y Sangre's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Giammarino came free, but Silvio Jax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvio Bazil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arttu Olkkonen in the 31st minute. 36 minutes in the game, Alfred Hitchcock fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Silvio Bazil having to interfere. Silvio Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Giammarino in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Martin Palermo F.C. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Sol Izquierdo hit a great ball. Motor Alma y Sangre's Edmondo Odisio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Silvio Bazil but with some difficulty. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Arttu Olkkonen made the kick off in the second half. Arttu Olkkonen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Silvio Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrico Giammarino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baldomero Pacifico kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Karl Holmberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvio Jax skillfully saved the ball. Enrique Lucila kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Motor Alma y Sangre's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Giammarino came free, but Silvio Jax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Arttu Olkkonen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Motor Alma y Sangre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Robin Wallgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Jax. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robin Wallgren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd match minute, Motor Alma y Sangre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Roano to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Bazil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Ferran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Motor Alma y Sangre were victorious despite being under pressure from Martin Palermo F.C. for much of the match.
