Lauti BOYS's Aristides Conrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Fagildo in the 20th minute of play. Aristides Conrao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieguito Diez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Ibañez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Nereo Patxi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th minute Dieguito Diez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Conrao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Luisito Ibañez made the kick off in the second half. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sabalero players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lauti BOYS.
