With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Patxi in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingos Satordi saved Aguilas Rojas FC from getting behind. Ezequiel Onbera hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Domingos Satordi made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ezequiel Onbera sent off a good shot on target. Espinillo's Ezequiel Onbera came free and shot a quick shot against goal 9 minutes in the game, fortunately Domingos Satordi had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Godfredo Mingo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Aguilas Rojas FC's Jairo Lucian quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Angelino Boni, made in the 18th minute of the game. Benê Salgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Suárez Yasin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benê Salgado ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Aguilas Rojas FC's Reşat Sönmezalp got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Suárez Yasin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reşat Sönmezalp in the 27th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Espinillo's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Herena came free, but Suárez Yasin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Gilesindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Reşat Sönmezalp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Suárez Yasin. Espinillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reşat Sönmezalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Espinillo's Suárez Yasin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benê Salgado in the 40th minute of play. Aguilas Rojas FC's Diogo Leite managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Angelino Boni in the 43 minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reşat Sönmezalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Benê Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguilas Rojas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benê Salgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Suárez Yasin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo's zone, Benê Salgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suárez Yasin came out of the goal and Benê Salgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Satordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Patxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Savier in the 59th minute of play forced Aguilas Rojas FC's goalkeeper Domingos Satordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celestino Herena hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Espinillo made a substitution. Angelo Eliazar replaced Angelino Boni. Domingos Satordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Onbera in the 64th minute of the match.
