When Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flores Arlt's goalie prevented a goal. Consejo del Mate were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Flores Arlt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vicente Pernia took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Vicente Pernia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Efrain Guillem quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Flores Arlt booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match, Marcial Ourente tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Simon Fertus with Paulino Santxol as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Marcial Ourente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. Efrain Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Marcial Ourente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Hugo Orlando Gatti made a huge save. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Ourente in the 39th minute of the match. Flores Arlt's Efrain Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Santana in the 40th minute of play. Hugo Orlando Gatti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Ourente in the 43rd minute. Consejo del Mate's Xove Høj managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Simon Fertus in the 45 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, Marcial Ourente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda was substituted for Vicente Santana. Consejo del Mate made a substitution. Cayetano Sagrario replaced Vicente Pernia. Victor Maureo made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bolo Bolaño however managed to control. 63 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Ourente came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flores Arlt's Jeremias Jaunti was substituted for Edelmiro Osmundo. Flores Arlt's Sabin Răchită was substituted for Marcial Ourente. Simon Fertus hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Simon Fertus fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Flores Arlt's Sabin Răchită. But to his dismay, Sabin Răchită quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 72nd minute, Sabin Răchită got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peyo Fonelleda kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Flores Arlt's Guaberto Henry got a free kick in the 78th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Răchită in the 80th minute of play. Sabin Răchită took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Orlando Gatti. Hugo Orlando Gatti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Flores Arlt booed when Consejo del Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Sabin Răchită stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Sabin Răchită tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Consejo del Mate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Flores Arlt.
