El Branca del Vieja's Alonzo Oto managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ma Guo Jian in the 6 minute of the game. In the 9th minute, Edelmiro Taurino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Leonel Cordara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erasmo Loi. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonel Cordara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Vellito got free with Aras Sophian in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aras Sophian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Taurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The supporters of Apocalípticos & Caóticos booed when El Branca del Vieja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Pabla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aras Sophian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herbert Henskens in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Ping Wei in the 21st minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Çağrı Şehzat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Aras Sophian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the El Branca del Vieja defense, Ali Çağrı Şehzat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aras Sophian. The El Branca del Vieja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aras Sophian should have stopped the shot. In the 37th match minute, El Branca del Vieja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benê Neiva to maneuver through the defense. El Branca del Vieja's Aras Sophian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Taurino in the 40th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Taurino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aras Sophian. El Branca del Vieja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edelmiro Taurino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Osvaldo Pabla fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Branca del Vieja's protests and gave Osvaldo Pabla a yellow card for diving instead. 42 minutes into the game, one of El Branca del Vieja:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in El Branca del Vieja's zone, Edelmiro Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aras Sophian came out of the goal and Edelmiro Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Aras Sophian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Çağrı Şehzat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aras Sophian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Taurino in the 52nd minute of play. El Branca del Vieja's Aras Sophian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Taurino in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Henskens in the 59th minute of play forced El Branca del Vieja's goalkeeper Aras Sophian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Apocalípticos & Caóticos getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Jesus Hechter hit a great ball. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Fernando Gamus was substituted for Nicanor Vellito. El Branca del Vieja's Silverio Tuste was substituted for Leonel Cordara. Apocalípticos & Caóticos made a substitution. Dante Brion replaced Ma Guo Jian. The supporters of El Branca del Vieja booed when Apocalípticos & Caóticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. A beautiful save bye El Branca del Vieja's goalie prevented a goal. After 71 minutes, Herbert Henskens made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. El Branca del Vieja's Aras Sophian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, El Branca del Vieja's Silverio Tuste dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. After 78 minutes of play, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Fernando Gamus made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aras Sophian was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, El Branca del Vieja's Erasmo Loi threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bengt-Arne Bäckman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, El Branca del Vieja's Florentino Herauso got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Herbert Henskens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Branca del Vieja's Aras Sophian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, El Branca del Vieja's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Henskens came free, but Aras Sophian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edelmiro Taurino hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the match, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Tuste. After some careless play in the El Branca del Vieja defense, Fernando Gamus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aras Sophian. The El Branca del Vieja fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aras Sophian should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Apocalípticos & Caóticos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
