Luciano Abastas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dániel Mayer in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match Boldenona got a corner. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dániel Mayer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Boldenona's Damaso Alonso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Dániel Mayer scored to the left of an out of position Erasmo Loi, making the score, 1-1. In the 12th minute Quentin Ladra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Loi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boldenona's Luciano Abastas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Henskens in the 16th minute of play. Luciano Abastas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Henskens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Dániel Mayer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience was convinced that Herbert Henskens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luciano Abastas was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Edelmiro Taurino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Herbert Henskens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Abastas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Leandro Hanot hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi got control of the ball when Quentin Ladra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ma Guo Jian hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herbert Henskens was the one to do the kick off. If Dániel Mayer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quentin Ladra in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Loi saved Apocalípticos & Caóticos from getting behind. Luciano Abastas made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Edelmiro Taurino sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dániel Mayer in the 59th minute of play forced Apocalípticos & Caóticos's goalkeeper Erasmo Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Apocalípticos & Caóticos booed when Boldenona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Ladra didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Gamus in the 70th minute of play forced Boldenona's goalkeeper Luciano Abastas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Luciano Abastas threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eugenio Froila, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Apocalípticos & Caóticos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
