With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Rolado in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Branislav Velchevski saved ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting behind. With a little luck, Cobra Kai's Lautaro Morales got control of the ball when Elpidio Francis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Francis to make the kick off. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Xiang Zhou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Cobra Kai's Yu Xiang Zhou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Branislav Velchevski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cobra Kai's Fabian Urdaspal was substituted for Donato Rolado. Cobra Kai's Esteban Onbera was substituted for Agustin Tab. In the 63rdth minute of the game Elpidio Francis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cobra Kai's Lautaro Morales was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute Inocencio Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Morales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Urdaspal might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Branislav Velchevski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Urdaspal ran back to his position shaking his head. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA made a substitution. Venancio Estavan replaced Elpidio Francis. Rafael Dalmu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. The throw-in from Alberto Gomesano in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Esteban Iztal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cobra Kai's Fabian Urdaspal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Branislav Velchevski. That made the score 1-2 after 92 minutes of play. After 95 played minutes Cobra Kai got a freekick which was hit by Aydemir Sani. Lautaro Morales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Estavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Cobra Kai's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
