After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Balvanera's zone, Donato Veronica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Lauren came out of the goal and Donato Veronica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roque Paskal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Till Slesinski in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Bustick Sport were awarded a corner. Mattias Svan went to the cornerflag to take it. Mattias Svan made a great header on Bustick Sport's corner, it was just that Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Lauren managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Bustick Sport's Israel Etxahun got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 41 minutes of play, Deportivo Balvanera's Renato Portalupi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Paskal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Deportivo Balvanera were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After some careless play in the Deportivo Balvanera defense, Donato Veronica kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Lauren. The Deportivo Balvanera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Lauren should have stopped the shot. Deportivo Balvanera's François-Xavier Castello was substituted for Isaias Erroman. Bustick Sport made a substitution. Hacıxälil Charalambopoulos replaced Mattias Svan. Omar Lauren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Etxahun in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bustick Sport's zone, François-Xavier Castello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Paskal came out of the goal and François-Xavier Castello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Argider's late challenge caught a Deportivo Balvanera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Argider helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th match minute, Bustick Sport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Argider to maneuver through the defense.
