Spectators: 8043 (Terracing: 6033, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Godofredo Tiadoro started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Chamaicó got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Hârlău. The supporters of Quebracho FC booed when Chamaicó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sava Pajazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Chamaicó's Gerardo Abeitia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dida Mazurkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Leonel Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Tiadoro in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Jorge Panpili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Sava Pajazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chamaicó's Leonel Cefero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Panpili in the 31st minute of play. When Godofredo Tiadoro came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Quebracho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Tiadoro couldn't finish the play. Dalmacio Llorian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Mazurkiewicz having to interfere. In the 37th minute Gerardo Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Mazurkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Quebracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ismael Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Cefero came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebracho FC's Godofredo Tiadoro. But to his dismay, Godofredo Tiadoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerardo Abeitia to make the kick off. Chamaicó's Baldomiro Hitzeder was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Mazurkiewicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dida Mazurkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Abeitia in the 61st minute of play. Leonel Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Tiadoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Chamaicó's zone, Godofredo Tiadoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Cefero came out of the goal and Godofredo Tiadoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quebracho FC's Bernardino Abastas was substituted for Godofredo Tiadoro. Quebracho FC's Dida Mazurkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Cordarrel in the 74th minute of play. Dida Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes Quebracho FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rögnvaldur Bjarmarsson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Baldomiro Hitzeder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dida Mazurkiewicz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bernardino Abastas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ismael Cordarrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Dida Mazurkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chamaicó were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Quebracho FC for a fine match.
