Rigoberto Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Stanislao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eli Nutil kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Rigoberto Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Stanislao, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Tonico Tinoco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonico Tinoco in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sacronas Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Justo Montrel was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter Miami CF's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Justo Montrel got away a dangerous shot. Rigoberto Horado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Inter Miami CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Stanislao to strike the kick off in the second half. Santos Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Miranda in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Inter Miami CF's Eriberto Miranda dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. When the match was over Inter Miami CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sacronas Futbol Club throughout the match.
